    I agree,the motor only has 87k on it but as I stated it is a theft recovery and they drove it hard even jumping it in feilds.I used Victor grade c's as I always do and the threaded cups I have made I've used and sold many of, the same company making them and if it was a cup it wouldn't be all 4...

    Was your lly heads ported and they were pressure tested but its a relatively new shop.

    Guys I I need help ,I have an 04 it was a theft recovery and they drove it like they stole it ?. Fast forward to now have a newer shop redo the heads,went to go fire it up coolant pouring out the band clamp under the truck.I pulled the glow plugs and antifreeze shooting out all 4 glow plug holes...

    Ported heads and bigger valves

    I'm a big fan of ported heads I ran them on my 04 lowered drive presure quicker revving the boost was lower but I was moving air easier.I also had the manifolds ported to the ladder size port and had the turbo ped ported as well .

    LB7: LB7 fuel in coolant, how?

    I jector sprays fuel 340 psi piston squish could force the fuel past the injector cup in theory.Thats why I make threaded injector cups.

    That's quite the buffet of codes there not sure what's going on. That center section of the turbo needs to be balanced was that done?

    Also where did you get your injectors from? Did the problem kind of start around that time?I've seen people buy old injectors run them thru a cleaner and resell them as refurbished.

    You had the turbo rebuilt or you took it apart and cleaned it? I'm wondering if the turbo is hitting the housing and dragging possibly.Just a thought.

    Core support

    I have 2 core supports if anyone needs them but I do believe they are both 01 02 they have the rad and intercoolers also condenser also I think.

    I know they put the 4L85 behind the D max in the Van's but I didnt think they were standing up to a stock Duramax I'm the long run but I'm open to the right package.Plans are to do power tours I'll be pulling a trailer for slicks tools whatever.

    Hey thx Zak Mike I'd like to leave the 400 in it but I dont see it standing up to the D max I have heard they are but I dont have the money it takes to make the 400 work behind.Probably gonna have to cut the tunnel out and go bigger to get the Allison in there.

    Hey James it's good to be back. Mike this has a 455 bored 30 over Harlan roller rockers forged internals 850 double pumper built th 400 3000 stall 4 wheel disc rebuilt 10 bolt rear end :roflmao: which wouldnt hold up to a big block anyways
