    Id say ATLEAST 950hp.... I was scared to put it on our chassis dyno for the fact of if I loaded it hard I think I would of broke rods..... the rpm of pulling helps out a ton to make them last... if it were a street or strip truck they would have been long gone but Id say about 25 hooks like...

    Thought Id share what the rods looked like after I tore it down this year... As I just wanted to get it in running, pulling forum. I put head studs and gaskets in it only. 100% stock everything besides that ran a S475 with 100% overs for most of the year then went to a Very Well built 2.6 turbo...

    extrude hone is available to everyone through Jim at Get honed, while this is very convenient to many it also has everyone talking bad about it... but the fact is the best of nozzles are extruded at one point... everyone has their own way of making a tip flow how they want... for example many...

    Did you ever have any luck finding the tubing? If not I have a place I can share info with you on where to get it as I and other well known company's have used them for exactly what your wanting. And luck on the pulleys or anything else on these kits?

    I'd stick to 2.5... That is if you have that around you... 2.6 is pretty much a purpose built truck class only anymore or at least in my area... I'd strongly suggest something from bullseye like a tct 465.

    Injectors on those are measured by CC's I.e. 175/146 would be a single shot first step up over stock injectors for that year... Gt38r is not a 88mm... It sounds like someone does not know what this thing is???... And everyone is correct on 01-03 7.3 rods being junk.. They are pmr's good to about...

    About a hour and a half north east of kokomo... I've ran all over the state pulling, my truck sits down by Huntington in a shop there.     LML How strong/reliable are lml delipped pistons

    It would be nice if people would stay on topic of the OP threat.... Id also like to hear of other peoples experience of the LML pistons delipped as I have a set laying around that I received. I know of a 1000+ hp 2.6 truck with fuel being his limiting factor right now out of MN that runs them...

    I know you've talked of the Excursion before but have never seen it. I also know of a Superduty out of Ohio that has a duramax in it I know Mark has done stuff to and I think he tunes it.

    Yeah, it happened. When I was 15 I bought a 1996 F-250 ext. cab long bed Zf5 7.3 PowerStroke.. long story short drove and pulled and modified it up until I was 18 then tore it apart to build a hot street strong pulling truck... needless to say it sat for around 4 years apart. As things advanced...

    I have a dmax cam I've received that I'm trying to identify... Not sure I'm going to use it... I think there are probably better grinds now out there.. I'm thinking it was ground in 06... From what I was told I thought maybe it was one of Guys grinds but not positive
