New 1.5 din radio in the ‘02
You have to be right in front of it. It was funny, after work I had my glasses on and the screen was fluctuating and I was like seriously!?! Aw man polarized glasses. Took them off, clear as day. My Boss in the Kodiak doesn’t do it.- darkness

Yeah so far so good. Only had it in a day. One thing I don’t like is it doesn’t automatically start playing music. Still have to press play. The Boss I put in the Kodiak starts automatically, and a single din in another vehicle did too. Maybe I can find out why. Wireless CarPlay is good. No...- darkness

I had stumbled across this radio kit from Reversion raceworks. They 3d print a chassis for a 1.5 din radio they are sourcing out of china. So far everything seems to work pretty good. Time will tell how it handles the heat of summer. Here’s the link…...- darkness

Oh no I agree. It is a great idea (maybe nifty missed the mark lol). It’ll fill a niche right along the 4bt Cummins. GM had a huge market with the 262 v6 which was a 350 minus 2 cylinders.- darkness
