The diaphragm in #2 eventually blows out due to crankcase pressure, pressure that is there bc the check valve that you plugged earlier stops working or crumbles. Because the intake will alternately show pressure or vacuum, there HAS to be a check valve in the system. As I said before, you...

Roni and I went over to son's house today to celebrate DIL's birthday and also to help him replace the brakes and O2 sensor on his car. Who knew that 2019 Malibu Hybrid brake jobs suck ass like that? Couldnt put car into brake service mode easily, and that may have contributed to the new...

You've got to have a check valve in the system, thats why it gets moved externally with the kit so it can be serviced. Otherwise the turbo is going to pressurize the system and, as Coug said, you're going to blow out seals very quickly. ...or dont believe us.

I doubt we'll be going anywhere this year. On a side note, gave away all 10 cases of our Mom's sheet music today. It had been sitting in our basement for 6 years, and it was time for it to go to someone else, whether they use or sell it is no matter.

Plugging the hole in the intake is part of it, but not all of it. Still have to reroute the pcv system and install a check valve.

24 L5P deleted now lighting issues

Take it back to the shop. Its their responsibility. More than likely they disturbed something in the harness or fusebox that has now become an issue.

That vacuum at idle is normal, as is the odd idle with dipstick out or cap off. RTV at the two points of valve cover that are over the front cover/head crease there are normal. Oil leak possibly from trans? That doesnt look like oil, esp its location.

They instituted drivers having to wear yellow safety vests at UPS about 5 years ago. Some accident somewhere started it. I only wore one after a manager threatened to fire me for not.
