It's had a few rough miles put on it :D worse case it eats a piston it's going back together with cut lb7 slugs and new head gaskets. I don't plan on making any more power with it

I think you should of be closer to 300psi. I've always pulled all the glow plugs then spun the motor over 4 or 5 times. What was wrong with you motor? You gonna need to pull the heads to fix the glow...

P0087 is a low fuel pressure code. If you don't have a lift pump try changing out the fuel filter. It could be plugging up. The U1000 is a class 2 communication code. Maybe a dirty/bad ground...

With that 476, 100 overs are a good injectors but i would suggested you run a stroker pump or dual pumps.
