I bought a lift pump from PPE and the installation kit. Works just fine but months after started making noise louder than the diesel engine inside the cab. Called them and they say they don't warranty the pumps for noise. Very disappointing.

ive had a ppe lift pump for 20 years... its loud, always has been. great pump
Good to know. It was quiet when we started it up but it just got louder. You would think they could make a pump that doesn't make more noise than my diesel engine.
Holley-style pumps always made noise, most of it is resonance from the way they mount. See if you can add a thicker/softer rubber isolator to the pump mount.
