    LB7: CTS2 wont connect after DSP5 flash?

Is your cts a "cts insight pro" I had the same issue today. Called edge they tell me the CTS insight pro will not work with EFI live.

    Smoke-- turbo or head gaskets?

Pay attention to rail psi at idle. Especially when the smoking is there. I've had S&S injectors we had to run 8-9k rail to clean up smoke. Great injectors just alittle dirty at idle

Back in 2007-2010 you used to help people on here now you just degrade them.

Allison 5sp: Mild built 2001 5 speed options

I guess in all your greatness you missed the part about I build them for the customers needs. If they are 400hp and tow they don't need a 5k bill end of story, and your grasping for straws I don't tell them it will hold big power. Never said that I have other options for 400+ guys. Take your...

Allison 5sp: Mild built 2001 5 speed options

Nobody said it was a "cheap ass way" That's the problem with forums all the big wigs walk around with there nose up. The guy needs good info not to be bashed for wanting to save a little. I am glad I'm in a small town and have a great customer base. I have trans out there with 100k miles on...

Allison 5sp: Mild built 2001 5 speed options

Sorry to stray away from your question. In my opinion stock clutches or gpz drop ins up to 400-425hp after that like previous stated you need to go with better clutches I've used Suncoast gpz designed clutches with great success.

Allison 5sp: Mild built 2001 5 speed options

Unfortunately anything over 400-425 hp towing, I recommend Suncoast clutches.. (there gpz design) not Gpz dropins. Honestly the clutches aren't the expensive part. It's the wear parts that should be changed to make these trans work/shift correctly. When I rebuild these trans there isn't a part...

Allison 5sp: Mild built 2001 5 speed options

Here is my advice if you wanna save some money. Keep the power around 400hp, your never gonna tow 15k+ at 500hp without having egt issues....keep it at 400 and be happy. Now at 400 you can get away with altos (setup properly) but your gonna need to add line pressure. And with the Trans go I...

    Lbz fuel pressure sensor data

OK update I have preformed a injector return rate test on both banks . I have cranked for 15 seconds I preformed the test with the sensor plugged in and unplugged. I didn't even get a drop of fuel from the return. I also checked the return loop at the relief valve. Also not even a drop. Still no...

    Lbz fuel pressure sensor data

In your experience would 3-4 ml cranking cause a no start condition? And cranking how long 10seconds? I would think cranking it's gonna make 3-4k rail under normal conditions so and fuel returning wouldn't be good

    Lbz fuel pressure sensor data

Not while cranking but I have opened injector lines after cranking and there was fuel there ...I don't like guessing/ or cracking high pressure lines but I am at that point I guess

I'll pull glow plugs and see if there is a bunch of fuel in one cylinder
