    Question: Replacing rear bumper

    I have a 2017 Silverado 2500. I find it necessary to replace the chrome rear bumper due to a slight miscalculation in backing up to a light pole. Age has nothing to do with it! Is it necessary to take the entire bumper off or can I just remove the chrome portion of it?
