    I thought that too, that part its normal. I'd just concentrate on the headgaskets you are going to keep finding the weak spots if you keep putting it off. ask me how i know... I went through more coolant than fuel for a while. Sent from my C5170 using Tapatalk 4

    Check all hose clamps on right side of engine, pretty much anything that leaks will head to the valley and drop down the rear of engine. I thought i blew a freeze plug but turned out to be a loose clamp on the crossover pipe underneath so you could not see it looking down. Sent from my C5170...

    I ran with blown head gaskets for 30k... Was chasing leaking coolant for years before i got it fixed this spring. Started with the water pump, hoses, thermostat, grenaded heater core QD, loose hose connections many surge tank caps, etc. injectors were done, then turbo, the over pressurized...

    need help to cool down tranny temp

    Good info mike. I just went through this with over full fluid. We hit 90 for a straight week and i was hitting 212 after an hour of back road driving. Drained fluid right to hot level and much better. I have the deep pan also so I'll try bringing it down some more after i do a pan drain...

    Im not looking for a debate on what additive to use. there are 10,000,000 threads on that already. Ive used them all and this is the first time I have had an issue with one. I am hoping there is some engineer (or pseudo engineer) out there that can dictate what is happening to the injector...
