    You sure have come a long ways from your old Peoria days. Truck looks great. Couple guys here have loaded duallys as their welding rigs. Really nice trucks. It will be a tough choice if I ever decide to buy a new truck. My 2007 Duramax handles it all pretty well for now.

    Here's my advice. If you want a raptor then buy a real raptor. You could get an f150 and soup it up but it will never be a raptor. And to some people that matters. After riding in and driving one I don't see how you could be disappointed.

    My brother in law has one and loves it. I've driven it and it's the smoothest riding truck I've ever been in. Big tires and huge suspension that works perfectly. ecoboost is powerful but it does have a bit of the familiar to us turbo lag. Overall a great truck.

    Ive had he underhood fuse blow on mine before. It's easy to check and I put a slightly bigger fuse back in after that. I have also had one motor go bad on me. I called them up and was able to buy the newest version of the motor for an incredibly reasonable price and it bolted right in place...

    Brothers sells entirely new short bed kits. Not the cheapest way but all new metal. Hot rod garage just did an episode on this very topic. They had less money in the truck going this way than trying to find a true shortbed. Can't wait to see more updates from your build!

    Awesome project! A buddy of mine is redoing one right now too. I've been helping him with little bits here and there. He actually took a long bed and used the brothers trucks kit and cut it to be a shortbed. I would be interested to see these long bed trucks you have down there for 1000...

    I've got a set on one of my trucks and they seem to be a really good tire at a great price. I plan on putting a set on my dually after I wear out the set of ko2's on there now. But I really like the way the new bfg look and ride too.

    I just ordered a set of 1-1/2" spacers from a place in Vegas called motorsports tech. Takes a little while to get them as they are made when you order but the fit and finish was excellent. I went with the steel version although they have an aluminum one too. Less expensive than the Fred's...
