I have seen the impossible!
when you do the swap and useing the 05 lly and trans too do you have to chang the tcm on 02 trucks I have a bad pistonin my lb7 and found an 05 lly and trans with 70000 miles for $3500- james13

LB7: help!!! truck will not start hot hard start cold
the strarting problom started after i removed the egr and changed the y at the same time i did the exhaust and ran the overhead, started good before that with the glow plug code -

Took the vac. Pump off too but left the sencors -

Bats are new first thing i thought of injectors only have 40000 on them Could taking the egr off and putting on a fed. Y do this there are no eve codes -

will the glow plugs olny having 3.0 volts at max cause this (p0380 code) tryed a new glow plug ecm and did not help:confused::confused:
