    I tried the 2nd gear start with my truck, it did not go so well. I launched the truck under full throttle after having success with several partial throttle launches then----BANG----the truck got out about 15 to 20 feet and it down shifted into first. Broke my output shaft. So be careful...

    A rubber boot with 2 clamps connects the tube to the turbo. Same for the air box.

    Yes I did have to dent in the pipe on the first 90 to clear the upper radiator pipe. I did not have to dent it in very far though. In fact I dented it in more that I needed to. When I get it off in the next week or so I will post a pic so you can see just the pipe.

    bends I bought them from Federated auto parts. I you do not have a Federated near you then you could also go to NAPA. Not so cheap to buy 4'' but well worth it. They go for $35 - $55 per bend.
