Edit havnt worked out since Friday. I went in the gym yesterday for a little while.
i cheated yesterday real bad. drank a pint of whiskey and ate a 14" sub sandwich for dinner
I have a handle of wild turkey I sip on here and there. I don't consider it cheating because it's gotta be better than drinking 4 beers

I hear ya man. All I squat now 105 max. Not having a rack and or belt limits me keeping weight down but I'm trying to baby the back along. Haven't done a barbell dead in almost 3 months. Did some dumbell straight legs deads the other night. 40lb was all I did and my back was pretty sore. Decided with the injury I have I'll never lift heavy
