Ahhhh. I need to put a better aux trans cooler in so your setup spiked my interest especially when you said you dropped 30-40*.

What pressure are those push lock fittings good for?
Cooler lines will see around 125psi with a trans running high line pressure. Those push lock fittings are plenty sufficient. The more that hose expands under pressure, the harder it grabs the fittings.
I wouldn't trust them. Stock pressure can spike to over 200 psi in the lines. he is running over 300 psi with no knock down which means the converter clutches see that pressure. Converter out fluid goes directly to cooler.
Be interesting to see what the pressure is entering the coolers and exiting the second cooler. Bet there is a pressure drop. If so, that means pressure can build up at the first cooler and pop the line. Just a thought.
Well if that's the case, I wouldn't trust them either.
Well I finally got around to fixing the oil leak from the turbo drains, and was not too pleased with what I found.... what a half ass job.
Original oil leak
Bottom fitting was screwed in far enough, the top was not in more than one turn, and was covered in epoxy. I actually thought I broke it off when I unscrewed it, because I didn't go one rotation and it fell off.
So I got to scrape all that off, tap the top hole, and reinstall. Thanks again dickhead. Hopefully it won't leak this time.

What bolt is in the ati? That's not a gm bolt...
I think it's more than just laziness, also looks like a lack of understanding how these types of things work.
