It may still perform well enough though!? unless it's a lot worse than the pics.. bummer though that doesn't make a guy feel real great :(

What type of filter/pipe setup do you have in front of it??

I'd leave it alone, you'll probably screw something else up worse changing it out. Do you ever think of what you'd do with all your free time if your truck was stock?
