My father in law died 3 days after Christmas & I lost 10 pounds in the last 4 weeks. My strength is gone.I’m about to say f it and not even worry about getting bigger. Not being able to keep weight on sucks so bad. I physically can’t eat enough food. It makes me sick. My body wants <2000 cal/day and no dairy. It’s difficult for me to drink 1 mass gainer whey protein shake every other day. I function perfectly fine on 1 meal per day. I think I’m gonna re-evaluate what my goals are and find a nutritionist this year.

nice Evan! I’m hitting a Deload week, things are going backwards a bit.365 went up pretty good today but stopped there.
Same boat for me, just trying to get back to where I was...3x10 squats @ 60%, 225lbs.
Then:
10-8-6-4-2 deads at 275, between sets: 8 double KB swings (hilarious, no doubt) and 8 reverse lunges with both kettlebells, front rack. Did it with 55 pounders and it was just about right. :thumb:
Still clawing back to normalcy after another bout with the back, but feeling good.
I have been doing banded rotator exercises before any pressing. It’s made a big difference in how my shoulders feel.shoulder is still not feeling 100%..
but did
275x8rx5s on flat bench
185x8rx5s on incline
225x8rx5s on decline
then 5 sets to failure on chest dips.
