Well guys I just got to thinking.....What would my LLY probably put down on a dynojet? With my PPE Hot +2 Et on 8, 4" Straight Piped Turbo Back Exh, and PPE Intake? I know hand calculating with the 310 the lly has stock plus the 350 the PPE adds alone would be 670 at the crank....So....670x25% = 167.5......670-167.5=502.5 RWHP.....That's just on paper though! I figured the a built allison probably eats around 18-20% so my stock trans and converter probably loses 25%+ to the ground.....Are my guesstimates in the ballpark?

You should be able to do +/- 500 rwhp with the PPE Hot +2 :D But it all depends on the dyno.

I know yall have run PPE's stuff....Did yall run big blue with the stock trans and a PPE? If so what did she run? I don't want to go with EFI until I get a Suncoast and I still might not then. I like having the tuner and not having to fool with removing the ecm.

We have never ran any tuner on a stock trans with the exception of Casper 1. I think it last 3 passes at the track. Your trans won't hold the Hot +2 it will limp.

But you will need the need also the shim mod to run it.

Yeah, I figured it would limp in OD for sure....I might try it in the 1/8th (I take it out of OD everytime I get on the truck anyways to keep it from limping)....There is a local trans builder here that is pretty good so I thought about getting the suncoast kit and the converter and letting him build it. But on the other hand.....Suncoast is only like 3-4 hrs from me....Might just take it down there to them eventually and get them to install a trans and converter!

Yeah might be able to dyno like 460-480, and then 500+ with a built tranny.

well if you have the LLY and stock fuel system try closer 450rwhp and 860rwtqr but add a lift pump and turn the turbo up you wil see 470rwhp and 900rwtqr but your tranny will hate you..i dynoed my LBZ with the hot +2 and no lift or boost controller and all i could get was 425rwhp/760rwtqr but since then i added the lift pump and boost controller and let me tell you that thing runs so much better and smokes like a cummins on steroids so i'm guessing i'm in the 460 to 480rwhp range..

I had it turned down to level 4 (180hp) and liked it there but it didn't smoke.........So my need to contaminate the O Zone took over and I turned it back up......
