Anyone tried these -3an fittings from RAM Clutch? Part number RAM-78310.

Oem hose length is 59" tip to tip. Using this 60" line from nitrous outlet would be just about perfect and wouldn't require any extra work. Total cost is $100 from summitracing

I have a thread somewhere on dieselplace where I had a custom stainless line built with metal fittings. I also removed the drain back valves to see if there would be any better response/feel/engagement with my southbound dual disc. Didn't make much difference. There is a plastic piece in the pedal mount that flexes. Another member was duplicating this piece out of metal. I think you would see more results in addressing that.

I need to make a steel pedal, I don't even have the dash in the way I dont know what's stopping me lol, I kind of want to do a bigger stroke master cylinder so I don't have as far pedal travel when I stab my clutch.

There is also a thread over on dieselplace where a guy was making steel pedals. Just browse the zf6 aftermarket thread page.

bigger bore MC will give the same affect as well.

either setup will require more leg effort though :D

It was actually someone else's thread and I ended up posting the line in there. Also good info on how I set up mity vac bleeding as well. Doing this you can remove the check valves and get a bit better flow. Adam may still make the line I gave him specs on.

Nice thanks for the link, somehow I missed that thread in all my researching. Here's the post about the mityvac
