which brand to go with? anyone use them

Which pushrods are you guys going with? Are the merchant auto ones any good? Or empire performance?

I run merchant push rods in my engine. Lots of people do too.

Stock here. I'm curious how well they will hold up with the large cam and stiffer valve springs. I had to pull the heads (unrelated issue) with about 1000 miles on the build, and everything was still perfect.

Actually, I haven't heard many stories of stock pushrods failing without first hyrdolocking the motor or some such.
