Anyone having trouble with excessive urea usage? Or DEF programming? Been back to the dealer 8 times since purchase and have used over 12 gallons in 7K miles.

I haven't heard of many issues by would think your dealer would be able to get something like that fixed within the first few trips. I'd try another dealership or contact the local GM rep and let them know what's going on and that your not happy!

Do you idle your truck alot? Not sure on the chev's but the Turds my work got guzzle the stuff when the idle alot.
