Crazy rain here in Pittsburgh weds morning. I had just finished putting new injectors in my truck monday. drove the truck monday night and tuesday. Go to start it up weds morning at 5 am to leave for work and I hear a popping, damn injector hold down wasn't tight enough and came loose, which was odd cuz i had driven it so much already. so i didnt go to work that day, stayed home fixed the truck (took 5 min to tighten the bolt)

well then the flooding started. This is a pic of the lot my truck would have been parked in had I ridden the trolley into work. Someone measured the water at 4 ft deep at the deepest point:

My girlfriends father drives a sierra 1500 and parks in the same lot, he just found out today his truck is totaled.

You're one lucky dude!!!! That rain was aweful. We had to put a claim in on the wife's e60. Drain channels clogged and filled the drivers side up with water.

Is that somewhere in the South Hills? I know Bridgeville and surrounding areas got hit hard.

What is rain? I don't get any of that stuff where I live

No but seriously everything happens for a reason. You were not meant to go to work that day. Mother nature has a soft spot for the Dmax apparently.
