Oh yea EGR is blocked.

I am using PPEs tuneer for break-in and to get it started.

off hand i know p2033 and 0546 are dpf related. one has to do with catalyst temps and the other...

I had the 268 code. turned out than the ECM has to sync up with the injector controller (?) I think. I had this come up when I used the ECM out of another truck that I had tuned.
EFI supposedly is working on a patch.

If you have a Tech II you can copy over the injector flow rates from the GPM to the ECM. Are you using the GPM out of the new engine?

Yea I just made a tune from the stock tune with efi, gonna load it in and see if things look cherry.

PPE was the only tune I had that was close to stock with the DPF delete so i used it for the time being.

also I was thinking its the use of the bigger injectors causing the codes....

Yea original ECM, not 100% sure on the GPCM.

The injectors are out of you original engine right? I would try and put the original Glow Plug Controller in and see what that does, should fix it

yea original injectors with 40% nozzles.

I verify that its the old gpcm and try that

I worked on messing with the tuning last night, gonna go load it in tomorrow morning,, also maybe switch the gpcm if needed, then gotta put front bumper, hood, grill, headlights on and its done.

its the flow rates of the injectors. Injector Data Incompatible on all the cylinders.
