Hey guys, I have recently developed a transmission leak on my 2004 5 speed allison. The trans was built 4 years ago with a suncoast kit and precision converter. Currently has 120,000 miles on the build (500-700+hp 2 different trucks) and has never had an issue. The leak is on the drivers side and it will leave a spot in the garage about the size of an 8.5X11 sheet of paper after a week or so. The front driveshaft is full of fluid along with the NSBU and torsion bar. It must spray while driving or something? It is not coming from the top of tranny, somewhere on the side. I originally thought it was the pan gasket but now I think it is above it. Anyone ever seen anything like this? The fluid is due for a change and probably has 30K on it. Any help is appreciated.
