Allison 6sp: Slight 'jerking' in t/h

[06_6.6]

Was going to run against a buddy earlier this evening and had it in tow haul. Was just driving normal and it felt like it was jerking, similar to a gasser missing. Only mods are airbox mod, flashpaq, straight piped. Tried to recreate and couldn't get it to. Thoughts?

X2 in second gear your torque converter locks and you will feel the jerk forward, most confuse it for a quick shift then realize that their 6 speed transmission can't have 7 gears
