I cannot remember how my leaf pack used to look, but I noticed that my overload leaf is touching up front at rest, unloaded. The rear has a gap. Is that correct, or should the entire leave have an air gap to the pack, both front and rear? TNX - Wally

Thanks, James. I think that my pack and/or overload leaf is screwed up. I ran some helper springs from Roadmaster Active Suspension for many years, and I took them off when I went to Caltracs. Ever since then, my gap is only at the back of the overloads, and the front always touches. My ride is kinda shitty too, LOL. It makes sense because the RAS was on the back and pulled the pack into that shape. Thanks for the confirmation!

Check the preload on your caltracs, they may be setup wrong which is rotating the axle up in the front and causing the overload to touch.
