LMM nav won't turn on/blue screen

Hey guys, I have a 09 LMM and the nav/radio won't turn on. When you start truck up it will power up and go the the gmc screen. Then it goes to a blue screen with only the time is displayed. Won't play radio/do anything. Any ideas?

I think so? I've pressed every button, held a couple of them for a few seconds. Just basic things

Pressed both the volume nob and the audio nob, aswell and pressed and held both. Disconnected battery's too.

Well, apparently this is a common issue with this truck. When ever the ECM is reflashed the nav won't work for a couple days. Happened with ppe, and has happened with efi live now. Apparently it will just turn on in a couple days.

Truck wasn't ordered with nav. Customer put it in when truck was new. Don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Mine did that.. It worked after a few hrs tho. Try ejecting the nav disk and putting it back in.

I was thinking about putting nav disk in, but apparently it's long gone.
