LML hood on a LMM?

I recently noticed that the paint on my hood has a ton of little cracks in it. Im not sure if I want to get it repainted or look for a used hood. Will an LML hood fit on my 2008 if I come across one first?

Did you ever find out if the LML hood will fit? I'd like to do this swap too.
