Friend of mine has an LB7 block. The crank had a lot of play in it. Upon tear down the of course bearings are shot. Around the mains there is a burr an it's the same on the block. My question is will over size bearings an new crank fix this problem ?

I am in the middle of this shit now with my build,middle 3 mains are spun so a line hone or line bore is needed along with the correct bearings.I would change the crank,i bet the journals look like road kill.it is fixable to a point but be prepared to drop some coin.Honestly youd be better off finding a fresh block for a build.
