Is my ECM bad? No VSS, No AC, I've got issues.

Need Help: First time, long time. 2007 3500 Classic 510,000 miles (I-Lean).

I installed a wire on J2-53 to GND for an LBZ exhaust brake. While I was in there I installed wires at J1-8 & J1-60 for elevated idle. I left the elevated idle wires taped back and landed the exhaust brake wire on GND. On the test drive it didn't shift out of first, and I had the Brake/ABS & Check engine lights on, with a Shift Inhibit warning. I limped the truck home and put the Altel on it. There was a code in the ABS, but I don't remember what it was. I pulled the GND and cut the idle wires, returning it to stock.

Test drove her again and all warnings showed back, trans shifted to NEU, and I noticed the speed-o was at 0-mph. I have continuity at the J2-45 (VSS High Signal) and J2-54 (Vehicle Speed Signal) and I don't see any breaks in the wires. Also just noticed that the AC compressor isn't being supplied power, that is J2-31 (A/C Compressor Clutch Relay Control (CJ2/C67).

I have no codes, even in the ABS module, when I clear the ABS module anyways, the dash warnings go away, until I try and drive the truck, or restart it.

Did I fry my ECM?

J2-45 - 13vdc @ 200hz (Idle, in park)
J2-54 - 13.7vdc @ 0hz

AC is fine. I'm thinking about loading the parts cannon, hopefully there is some rifling left in the bore when I'm done. Going to get a VSS first.

The LBZ TCM pins 40 and 60 are wired directly to the VSS. My GRN/BLK wire rung out to the TCM but the PPL wire was open. Found a good section of the twisted pair at the fuse box, cut it and spliced in a new twisted pair section to the TCM connector. I-Lean is back on the road!
