international pos for efi license ?

Does anyone else here get international pos charges ($3.50) for each license ? I though a while back that I read Cindy posted that we shouldn't be. But I happened to look at my statement earlier and seen a few charges for it. Anyone else getting charged this or no

If I use my debit card from PNC I get charged $3.75, if I use my card from CES I don't. I asked PNC about it, and the lady said it's because CES is a "credit union" so they have different regulations. Whatever. So I don't use PNC anymore lol.

I knew I was special for not getting charged $3 bucks, but damn at that price you must be doing some dirty deeds down under

I have never been charged the 3 bucks but the card I use is from a credit union, so it is usually just the 125 bucks.
