How do you drill out your nozzle?

Nozzels are made out of aircraft aluminum, so care must be taken so you dont over speed and heat the drill bit , if you do it will gall the orfice.
so use lube and a bit the size you need, but make sure you have enough material left as not to weaken it an break.
a cloth over the nozzel in a vise with minimal pressure will be fine , just take your time and make sure your straight.

You may want to check yours. I checked mine and it was well over .125 so I didn't touch it. It is a NOS brand nozzle. Jeff

i do know that the 1/16 NPT nozzels are only .078 and i drill them to .093 and all is well, the .125 1/8 NPT i leave alone!
