Downloading latest version issues

Who is computer savvy and can walk me thew doing this over the phone? I am terrible at computers and have tried to get this thing up and going for the past two days with no luck

I finally got everything but the drivers to work. I have the drivers files but it keeps telling me they are not installed correctly?

What is the working version? I have nothing for now, my hard drive crashed so I am reinstalling everthing. Have there been lots of problems with 7.5?
