I have a 2002 lb7 with the zf6 manual. I have +80hp injectors, and a small superchips tune, and a cold air intake with the stock clutch and trans. When I turn the programmer up to level 2 and get on it a little the clutch pedal gets so hard to push in that it feels like the pedal will break if I force it to disengage the clutch so I push the throttle a little and float it into neutral. Any ideas why it's doing this?

I like mine. I have the Valair Ceramic/Kevlar single. I wish I got the DD thow. I am at the power limit of the single, but it is still holding.

Yep your clutch is slipping and boiling the fluid in the system. A quick fix is to turn the power back down and try to get as much of the burnt fluid out as you can and replace with new it will help a little. But your going to need or want a DD.
