Can Snap On Solus Read Balance Rates

Looking at a truck and I want to know balance rates. Owner has a snap on solus. Is it possible to read balance rates with this or should I go home and get my edge insight??

When you select the engine option, you go down till there is a data 1 and 2, and the balance rate are at the bottom of 1. A friend has my scanner, so I can't say for sure.
