I see rock auto is out of the AC 2011 power brake booster , did you get one of those also ?well I got the master, its big, maybe 3" longer,it hits the radiator hose, think I can shorten it by the radiator and make it fit.will be reflaring my lines w/ the new fittings tomorrow, hope this is worth the effort.
Give us some photos please. I don't have much room around my 3" hot side pipe and my stock master.well I got the master, its big, maybe 3" longer,it hits the radiator hose, think I can shorten it by the radiator and make it fit.will be reflaring my lines w/ the new fittings tomorrow, hope this is worth the effort.

Yes I see you got the 2011 master , I was wondering about the power brake booster , did you get a new one of those of the 2011 vintage to go with the master cylinder ?
not yet,trying 1 thing at a time.
It will be interesting to see if the 2002 37mm bore power brake booster , that is oem in your truck, will accept the 2011 38.1mm master cylinder . Let us know ! You may be needing to replace the power brake booster with a 2011 .
now ,was it all worth it.time will tell,I need to get thru the winter on these brakes which are toast.
but at least my truck stops again.
spring time will be the big test, when everything is new, again
I wonder is the MC off the GMT455 truck would fit.... they had a 40mm disc/disc MC
