Is anyone finding deals on ammo? Specifically in Nevada, or Arizona? I've just about blown through my stockpile of 45 with my new XD, and am down to my last case of 12 gauge. Cases of Remington GC 12 gauge went up $14 at my gun club which has always been the best deal around. Also at the gun store around here a box of 45 is $27, limit of 3 per day! And at my gun club I get a box for $19 but its a 30 minute drive and a limit of 2 per day!

The guy at the gun store here says with the way things are going they can't even keep ammo on the shelves, and with the threat of new restrictions they will likely never have special deals on ammo again.

I wouldn't mind making an overnight trip to Vegas or Reno to "buy some ammo"..:D

Anyone else having trouble getting ammo?

If you're feeling brave, you can go down to the gun show in Del Mar north of San Diego. I stood in line for over 8 hours yesterday for ammo. Good prices, but ridiculous wait. I got 1000 rounds of 7.62x39 for $290, 500 9mm Luger rounds for $147, and 100 rounds of 357 Sig for $58.

Ya I'm planning on hitting the Reno Gun show in a couple weeks. Hopefully won't have to wait as long as you did

Prices seemed pretty high on there from what I just looked at but I'll keep an eye out on there. Thanks
