So I've been away from here quite awhile, lost touch with some folks and met new people as well after battling cancer, set back after set back with the truck. Learning and burning as it were lol.
Anyway I got that itch again and some drive yesterday and decided why not, 3 hrs left before the track closes and I'm 40 minutes out.
Get thru tech, find out I need a jacket because of the turbo, go rent one and scurry to get the truck ready.

Managed two passes, it was all I had time for, blew the flex pipe right off the downpipe each time. Still impressed for what it pulled off on a last minute whim. Pretty sure with setting it up right I can get more out of it.
Thanks to Fleece Performance for the Fuel and all the help when the truck died last fall., S&S for the sticks, and Kory Willis for sticking with me though I haven't been much of a go getter, it still nice to know people got your back.

Nice runs! Good to hear things are going well for you now, cancer is no fun....

How do you like the 468?

Now that I've had a year to drive with it and I actually tow this with it as well, it runs and handles good for a large wheel. Have to drive it and stay on top.
But for street and strip use, it's fun when it hits, I can only imagine what it's like with bigger turbos

Good looking truck and nice times! Keep fighting!

Thanks, it's a long road , that really never ends, if ya know what I mean. I did get to tweak some the last couple of weeks. I went back again Sunday.

To say I'm getting a little excited about what is yet to come is an understatement.

I do the camping gig as well, gentleman asked about towing with the 468, used the photo as a reference.
I like the the proxies they grab nicely when they get warm. I'm considering trying cheaters, but these are working nicely.

It's off topic but would you mind sharing your suspension setup and wheel and tire combination? Your truck has the stance I want to get my truck to.

Overloads are gone in the rear, 2" drop shackles, 20x9 +20 5BS on toya proxies truck has about 1/2" rake , front was dropped till the cvs flattened

I appreciate the help. I'm hesitant to remove the overloads on my truck. How much did it drop the rear by removing the overloads? Also how does it tow like that?

What size are the tires? If this is sidetracking the thread too far I apologize.

I tow with 285/65/18 nittos , I use 5k air bags for towing that 5er otherwise the bags hold 5 psi all the time. The OL leaf is 1" thick and the bars eleviate axle wrap.
