Help: Water injection the hard way...
Remove the boots going into and out of the intercooler and see what comes out...Thats what I would try...Also check and see how wet the filter is- straightpiperoar

So you have boost from the cool side of the intercooler plumbed into the bottom port on the wastegate and then the same boost plumbed to the top fitting of the gate and have it where you can regulate how much goes to the top.....thanks for the help...I think i am missing some free HP by not...- straightpiperoar

I have an S475 and PBK twin kit from Trent and He told me the same thing about plumbing boost pressure to the top of the wastegate to keep it shut....I was worried about doing that and if it would over spool the 475?????- straightpiperoar

Strange Tune problem HELP!!!
Figure it was something with the tune...I will try and play with them more tonight....Just crazy that it could run with that tune in the spring and now it wont...And nothing has been changed with the truck....When I updated the EFI on my computer could it have changed something.- straightpiperoar

Long story short....I got a built motor tune at the first of the year and loaded it into my truck....Seemed to run ok but was having some tranny problems so I got a tune that was on the mild side to be able to run until I got the tranny figured out....The truck ran so good on the mild tune that...- straightpiperoar
