    Info: head gasket ?

    Did gm change the head gaskets, i just picked up some from the dealer, lefts were the normal gasket #98045060, the rights were a bronz color, built different then the others, #12637788. partsg guy said they changed numbers, but theres more changed then just the numbers.....

    Question: oil feed?

    i know lots of guys including my self have fed turbos form the oil port in the block behind the oil cooler/filter housing. My question is about using the port located at the front right (passenger) side of the block for a side mounted turbo, either twins or single? Any thoughts? Thanx....

    Took Corries truck out myself for a pull, did well but finially got a data log, Time for some more power, pulled truck down to almost 2300 rpms befor it stoped and spunout @ 286', ran just about between 4 and 4150 dwn the track! congrats to Bigblockbill for his second place finish @ 291, winner...

    New best 4 the both of us!

    First my wife in her truck ran a new best of 12.62 @ 109.5 mph backed up with a 12.68, all with a very badly leaking intercooler(ive never seen a pyro go so far around it was cold again LOL). Truck might do a bit better if the converter would lock but thats another story for another time...
