    Ground was the issue. Chopped off a few inches crimped a new eyelet on wire and good to go! Thanks Fingers for your input

    Changed regulator out in the valley no difference. I did find a loose ground though that runs from the drivers side negative battery cable to the frame right behind the front bumper. Going to fix it tonight to see what happens.

    Belt off and swapped top regulator didn't change anything. Truck went full rail pressure again today when I left work. Gonna change bottom regulator Monday after work.

    they were the same when I looked at it and now the mechanic has also looked at it and he said it looks fine as well. He also mention that he had 12 volts pin to pin at idle but fingers stated pin to pin should be 4 to 5 volts at idle.

    yes both regulators are lbz regulators. One came with my fleece cp3k and the other one was bought new from merchants. I will call him later today.
