Heath, My brother is wanting to convert his 2 marinas to Amsoil. Filters, Oil, and lower unit gear lube. He has 10 Yamaha Wave runners that are VX110's. And Several 4.3 and 5.7 Chevy inboard boat motors.
I told him that by using Amsoil, he could take his every 100 hour oil changes to just once a summer. There by, saving him some money and time. The season here is only 3 months long, so I don't think that is too much of a stretch in my opinion. His only concern was if he can also expect the same "once a year" oil changes on the Synthetic gear and lower unit lube oil.
