So I go to the software installation FAQs and see a link for install instructions for XP and Vista??? are these just way out of date or will EFILive only load on XP and Vista??

Those either must be out of date or for special circumstances (I.E. someone installing on an older O.S.). I have no experience/idea with apple (iOS) but EFI works on all versions (obviously within reason) of windows

YAHOO my V2 just came in, not sure what do first, high on the list is figuring out how to kill the air intake heater code, with the check engine light on all the time I am afraid I may miss something important.... AND the remote start/kill does not work, if I clear the code with my old reader the remote start works until the code comes back, the next time I start it "cold"
