So I have 20x10 fuels with 33x12.5r20 tires that are more aggresive. The wheels are negative 18 offset.
I am looking at a set of 20x12s with -51 offset. They also have 33x12.5r20s. They have less aggresive tires though.
I rub at full turn in reverse and when going forward. The 20x12s would rub more correct? Or rub less? I have trimmed a little bit but still can do some more trimming. Opinions on what will rub more?

its going to rub like hell and stick way out.
I figured so. I didn’t know if the more offset will help the rubbing or make it worse. I don’t want anything too wide. About 2 inches is the most I want with my stance outside the body. I am not into the super wide stance but respect a truck with a little bit of offset.

- is going to push the wheel out more from centerline, + is going to bring it towards the truck frame. you are going to have a hard battle with a wheel that wide and it not rubbing (without a bunch of cutting). you can only tuck the wheel in so far before the tire/wheel start to contact the upper arm or knuckle when turning or even just straight

Texas!!!
The outer rim of the 20x12 will be about 2.25" further out than your current wheel which is already 3" further out than stock (assuming you had factory 17" wheels). That's a total width increase of over 10" compared to stock.
