Here is a pic of an LB7 nozzle that was Extrude honed by company XYZ and installed into a truck. The customer wasn't happy with the way the truck ran and finally sent the injectors to me for evaluation.

As you can see under extreme magnification in the pic, a piece of debris must have clogged one of the holes during Extrude and because no one was checking the spray pattern or overall flow at 28,000 psi, it was overlooked.

When the customer supplys injectors it usually runs around $1500 to enlarge, test and calibrate. This assumes the injectors don't have any inherent problems. Always good to start with a known good set.

If we have to chase down and solve issues, it runs an additional $120/hour.

Average 2 week turn around.

What about just to test a set of already enlarged injectors and match them if they are off slightly? Same price?

I modify, test and calibrate your injectors, or I can supply you a new set, modified, tested and calibrated.
