Does anyone know of one that actually fits? I just wasted $20 on a van hose that was supposed to fit, but it's not even close. I was hoping someone knows of one and can save me some time searching the rack at the parts store. Thanks.

It for better on the older truck due to the radiator side coming straight out instead of at an angle like he LBZ and up does.

I just trimmed a little off each end until I got it to fit the way I wanted

Makes sense. I thought I remembered mine fitting fairly easy with the lbz swap in my 01.

This is factory Van hose fits without trimming. Someday when I drain the coolant again I will trim the hose for a better fitment, but it only hits the factory fan shrouded, so I left it be.

I tried the van hose from dayco because that's what I could get right away. I trimmed the ends like I read, but it's all kinked up and hard into the a/c compressor and dual cp3 pulley. I didn't want to spend anymore than $20 on a test that might now work. I was less than thrilled with my results.

Got the gates hose today. Like the others said, I had to trim a little off the ends, but it fits much better than the dayco hose. It isn't perfect, but it will work. The part number was 23141.
