Upper dash cover replacement/paint.

My upper dash is starting to vibrate and seems the clips are broken off from old age. Grey is on backorder for who knows how long from LMC so I want to paint a beige one grey or black. Anyone do this themselves? What products did you use? Adhesion promoter, paint, topcoat if any. Thanks!

Never painted one, but you can epoxy the clips back on. Done that on a couple of my rigs with good results. I scuff up the area near the clips so the epoxy has something to bond to, and just use the JB Weld plastic epoxy.

There are so many of these trucks in yards now that you should be able to find at least one in good shape somewhere.
