Went to use my 4wd today and going up a hill at our farm it started popping got home. did some investigating and i can move the drive shaft up and down and the transfer case so im thinking there is a bearing bad. ive had the same noise before and just replaced the tcase but woukd like to not do that again is thus a common problem? And where is a good place to buy parts for the transfer case.
