TO ALL GARAGE SALE READERS:

Please do not question people on their prices publically. Nor offer advice why someone should buy something else. Treat these as classified ads you'd see in the newspaper.

Sellers please list a asking price.

Thanks

iTrader has now been installed on the site. You can get to the general page for it from the top menu under 'Community', it is at the bottom or here:

http://www.duramaxdiesels.com/forum/itrader_main.php

You can see a persons individual feedback by clicking on the right side of someone's post where you see 'Feedback Score: XXX reviews' under their post count, location etc. If that doesn't make sense look over there >>>>

Anyone that is found to be abusing iTrader with inaccurate positives or negatives will have their access to it revoked. Pat, Kat and myself are the only ones that can delete/modify iTrader stats.

And as Pat has said in the past:

Just like Craig's List, do a little research before buying and selling in the Garage Sale section.

If the guy has a slim "profile" (yahoo addy, not much info, etc) and no history, and you don't know them, you are gambling.

If something looks too good to be true, or doesn't "feel" right, there are lots of parts in the world, just skip that one.

DuramaxDiesels and it's staff are not responsible for private transactions that go sour, but we do like to hear about them. We normally remove Garage Sale priviledges from people who botch transactions. Ask Wade.

Comments about iTrader should be made here: http://www.duramaxdiesels.com/forum/showthread.php?t=45215

The yearly bump to the top to remind people to post prices in their ads and to close their threads when their stuff sells -- not just write "SOLD" in a post.
