That 2020 list is alarmingly long for everything being "shutdown" during this covid-19 crap. Looks like one alphabet agency wasn't following social distancing very well. :mad:

Well if ya read any of the expidited settlements, it looks like it's costing the US citizens more than the violators. Pensacola sold the gov about 15k in delete kits and then paid back 12k in fines...

Also Some of those go back as far as 2016 for the start of the investigation and they are just now reaching settlements.

Starting to see C4500's pop up for cheap since they will be banned in 2021 in California. I was told you had to have them retrofitted If you wanted to keep using them for commercial work. I don't really see how that's possible Since It wasn't manufactured that way.

Also How would a retrofit get EPA and CARB approval? Seems like more Government Overreach to me. Obviously people will be forced to buy Newer trucks that meet their supposed standards just untill they change the rules again... :roflmao:
