I bought a CP3 CARB pump expecting to take a couple of weeks to do it myself, but I thought I'd get some quotes to have the work done by a pro. I called around town (during this coronavirus lockdown) and found Luis over at Three Brothers Diesel. He quoted me a good price and Google reviews all have 5 stars, as of right now. Since it was less expensive than I thought, I took the truck over there, and he had my CP4 replaced in about 3 days.
If you're in the San Antonio area and need a pro to do some work, I recommend this shop. I saw lots of different trucks in the shop, so it's not a Duramax specialty place, but he and his crew knew what they were looking at.
